Walther pp ppk shoulder holster who used it

This is to me a wierid type of shoulder holster any info would be great. There is no markings that I could find.

Without markings, no one used it. Wear it, enjoy it, but it's just a holster.

I know it is a holster what I do not know is the holster west German holster someone had to use it obliviously it is not WWII. Just tring to get info I have never seen one like it be for. Personally I would never wear it.

It looks like a project that some leathersmith kluged together from a belt holster. If you think about it, a full flap holster is very impractical as a shoulder holster due to having to raise your left arm uncomfortably high in order to draw the gun.

Possible a police holster that has been modified. When they were importing the Walter PP police tradeins, it included a holster. This looks like on of those.
