Winchester 94 magazine follower

Do I need to change to some kind of new style follower in the tube magazine to safely use Hornady Leverevolution ammo?

No sir. The ammunition is made to be used in a tube magazine. Think of it like this... First in-last out. All the others are bullet tip to primer.

There is a post in GD about the followers for them. It seems like in some the last round gets cocked and won't feed. You just have to try them and see.
