Shot in the dark
I know it's a long-shot, but I'm going to give it a try anyway.
I won't bother with the whole story as it encompasses more than a years time, and countless communications attempts.
Suffice it to say this,
Some time ago I purchased a brand new AR15 upper receiver over on the auction side. The one I purchased was made in Turkey, chambered for .410ga, and ended up being a P.O.S.
Completely unacceptable, so I fought for more than a year to have the issue resolved. I think the final catalyst was my complaint filed with the BBB against the importer.
Anyway, the importer just contacted me to tell me that they want to replace my Turkish made P.O.S. AR15 upper in .410 with one made here in the U.S.A.!
They said they are working with an American manufacturer, to produce AR15 uppers in .410ga right here in the U.S.A.
They are supposedly in the "final testing stages, and the first batch are expected to ship in the next 90-120 days.
My question is, Who is the manufacturer? They (importer) did not say. I've looked at several web-sites and I can't find anything.
Anyone here have any clues?

The "long shot" would be if you sent them money, expecting to get a usable .410 AR-type upper.

EDIT: Trolling? I thought you were the one trolling; you didn't tell us the manufacturers name, & you didn't tell us the importer's name. Why make us guess? We know the track record of some importers, & that would have helped us guess whether or not they have the capability of bringing an item to market. My experience is that solid companies make an item first, then tell the public about it.0 -

I didn't list the manufacturer or the importer because they weren't part of the question.
The question was about whether or not anyone had heard about an American made AR in .410ga.
I just thought you were looking to stir things up with the comment in your first post on this thread.0
