remington 870 semi
RECENTLY SAW A REMINGTON SEMI AUTO WHICH WAS MARKED 870 ON THE RECEIVER. DOES REMINGTON MAKE SUCH AN ANIMAL OR WAS THIS A FACTORY ERROR?

either mis-marked or some one other than Rem. replaced a 1100 receiver with a 870 (they are very similar) 0 -
Rem 870 is a pump... 0 -
Could you have misread a model 878? (which is a semi) 0 -
did it look like this http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=273382517 0 -
TO BE MORE SPECIFIC; IT WAS AN 11-87 SPOETSMAN, WOOD,12GA,28" BBL.
IT WAS NEW IN THE BOX. THE RECEIVER WAS MARKED 870. THE BOX WAS MARKED 11-87.0 -
No, there is no such animal, at least not intentionally. Its very possible it was just mis-marked at the factory. Normally all 870s are pump action. 0 -
