not even sure if its a 22? any ideas? cant find any markings..

Remove the barrel from stock and there will likely be Belgian ELG in oval and other proofmarks.
Looks just like the H. Pieper rolling block .22 I had as a teenager.0 -

You must be looking at the many unrealistic listed prices, and not guns that have sold? Search "Flobert" on the auction side last 90 days and note how few the bids are for those listed.
Personally I'd consider $100 excessive for the one you show.0 -

More like $50 as a wallhanger. Floberts have little collector value and are very common.0 -
