Has anyone seen one of these before

Sold by Sears & Roebuck Canada at the end of world war two, re-chambered for 6.5 Mannlicher with double set triggers. I received this rifle many years ago from the original purchaser who said he paid $19.00 for it. I haven't fired the rifle for a long time, but remember that I was very impressed with the smooth recoil. Would anyone have a idea of the value? thanks in advance.

  We need all the markings off the rifle for accurate identification. It appears to have originally been a military rifle that was sporterized. Steyr made Mannlicher action military rifles for a number of different countries. The 6.5 was made in greatest quantity for Holland and Romania. Holland also produced a similar rifle in their own government arsenals.
  
  My WAG is that your rifle was made as a military rifle for or by one of the two above countries. Being it's sporterized and 6.5 Mannlicher rimed is hard to get pricy ammo, don't see it having a lot of value. If you had a original Dutch or Romanian arsenal original military rifle it would be worth good money nowadays to a military rifle collector.

  Picture is of an Italian Carcano military rifle that has been converted into a sporter, with double-set triggers, new sights, new (or reworked) stock. Bolt sleeve/safety is distinctively Carcano, could not have been gunsmithed onto Mannlichers. Carcano's original cartridge is only slightly shorter than the 6.5x54 M/S cartridge which had been widely available in Canada, so re-chambering would be easy, sensible.
  
  Interesting, not very valuable; maybe $200 US at most.

  sorry I should have been more specific, I keep forgetting my age :-)
  the rifle started life as a Italian military rifle 6.5 Carcano.
  At the end of the war modern hunting rifles were in short supply
  military rifles were sporterized to fill the demand. The only thing unique about this rifle is the double set trigger, whenever I clean it I can't help but wonder why anyone would have gone to the trouble[:)]
