mags
Why is it that so many aftermarket hi-cap mags for many guns are complete junk. I hear everybody say that for reliability, you should stay with factory mags. Is there some secret to making magazines that only the major companies know?
Hopefully you guys can enlighten me.

Does anyone know if a beretta M9/92fs mag will work in a Beretta 96? I have all three, and tried it today with 1 round--it worked. 0 -
Yes, it should. A Manurhin-marked mag should also work.

PPK/S is a PP with a short slide same frame size 0 -
Yup. Walther had to combine the PP frame with the PPK slide in order to comply with the Gun Control act of 1968. The GCA had rules for length, weight, etc to qualify an import as a "sporting" gun. By combining these two items, Walther was able to create (and import) the PPK/s. 0
