What is the factory standard LOP on R-700 CDL?

  Their website lists it at 13-1/2" for the CDL.
  
  Most of the commercial manufacturers believe that this number is the magic length needed for all rifles and all shooters so that's what has been the standard in the industry.

  Most factory stuff these days, run 13 1/2-13 3/4. Remington lists the CDL as 13 1/2". A lot of companies now are offering their synthetic stocked models with the spacer length adjust system, so they can offer a youth model for one to grow into.

  13.5 is the standard. If you have short arms or wear a heavy stuffed coat when firing, there are options...
  
  Cut it back. If you sell it a buyer could extend it with a recoil pad to get it back out.

  Thanks for all the responses. I just bought a used gun and it felt a little short when I shouldered it, but I guess it is just my arm length. It measures 13.5" I was thinking it should be 14".

  That's why many of us have had to make the switch over to synthetic stocks with adjustable buttstock systems or remove the original factory pads in order to add spacers plus a new pad. All of this can get pricey when you're born with longer frame dimensions. [B)]
  
  Spacers and adjustable hardware are available through suppliers such as Brownells and Sinclair International.
