Arisaka type 99, long vs short

Assuming same condition, same period of manufacture, same arsenal, mum present, what sort of premium would a early Nagoya arsenal type 99 long rifle command over the regular issue short rifle ? Would anyone now how many long 99 rifles Nagoya arsenal made vs the the short lenght ?

  At least $200 over a standard 99, probably more to a fellow looking for one. Hunnycutts book has a serno range, but that's at the shop so I can't quote that info right now.
