P64 9MAK from Ohio FFL to Mass. C&R?

I have had my FFL since Sept. and I am not yet experienced with sales to C&R. Is there a good place to find all or most of the rules for this specific situation without having to hire a lawyer to read them to me? I currently have a perspective buyer for a Polish P64 stamped 1976. He lives in Mass and wants to know if I will ship to him (C&R). Can I do this legally? Thanks for any help.

  Got this off a collectors site on the net. It appears that you would need addition information and documentation from the buyer.
  
  "Massachusetts: Only handguns on the approved list sold. Curio and Relic handguns to Curio and Relic license holders only with a copy of their Massachusetts FID or "license to carry" permit."

  Those of us who have an FFL or a C&R were mailed a CD-ROM copy of State Laws and Published Ordinances: Firearms (ATF P5300.5). I always look up the state laws of the C&R holder to see if I can ship to him. In some cases, you need to know his city & county; a wise C&R licensee will send you a photocopy of his license AND his drivers license.
