1874 SHARPS identification
I am currently selling an 1874 Sharps for a friend (GUNBROKER item # 272856275)....He is unsure of the manufacturer but thought it started with a "P" but not Perdersolli and was manufactured around 1973....on the right side of the barrel it states "ROCKY MOUNTAIN ARMORY" "MOD. 1874"....on the left side of the barrel it states "CAL. 45 2/10" and "1 of 25". On top (tang?) behind the hammer is the serial number "S20".....I emailed Cimarron and they stated it was not one of theirs....can anybody help us?....it has been difficult to try to sell this gun without the manufacturing info....thanks !!!!
