Just a quick question. Is a Yugo SKS 59/66 eligible under a C&R?

A firearm without a serial number manufactured both before and after the 50 year threshold and not on the C&R eligible list, e.g. 1955-1975. C&R eligible???

Over 50 years old. The were last manufactured in 45.

I see where you are coming from. Yes, the grips are commercial replacements, but are substantially the same as original grips.

I would not hesitate to ship the gun to a C&R licensee, but, if you are concerned, a decision letter from ATF would be best.
