Remington 11-87 21" Barrel

I am looking for a 21" turkey barrel for my 11-87 Special Purpose. These seem hard to find. I found a 21" barrel with a cantilever with Rem Chokes. I was thinking of buying it and taking the cantilever off and adding a sight bead to the end of the barrel. How will I "plug" the screw holes once I take the cantilever off? Can I use the screws from the cantilever mount? Doesn't seem like that would work. Does any of this sound like a workable solution? Thanks!

  I don't believe that remington made a turkey/bird barrel for the 11-87, shorter than 23-24 inches, that has a vent rib. If you like the red dot type sights, then that cantilever is the ticket for you. Put the X-full turkey choke in, and sight it in how you want it to pattern.

  Thanks for the input. Does anyone know if this front ramp will work on a plain (i.e., one without a vent rib) 11-87 barrel? I can't tell if it has a curved or flat base? If not, can someone tell me where I could get one?

  Remington made the sps-t and the sps camo with 21 inch vent rib barrels. They also made the sps-bg with a 21 inch rifle sighted barrel. If you look around you can find them.
