I would expect it to sell in the $400-600 range, depending upon the bore (as measured with a muzzle wear gauge).

EDIT: I missed that, Joe. Maybe it's just a hair? If it's really a crack, could this be a reworked drill rifle worth, well, a lot less than I thought?

Pictured below is a June '42 issue. Yours must be the very last of the '03's prior to
going over to the '03-A3's. Good condition!
The cartouches make it! RIA inspected the gun,
but did not alter it! Is the floorplate milled? Best, Joe

    EDIT
Noticed what appears to be a crack on the receiver. The boss that
holds the magazine cutoff. If in fact it is a crack, it's not in a stress point,
but I'd carefully inspect for cracks at other locations. Best again, Joe

A Remington 03A3 sold off the table next to mine at our semi-monthly club gun show yesterday, for $600. It was probably a little nicer than the rifle in your pictures. Southwest Washington area, the buyer is knowledgable and has several other WW2 era rifles.

Thanks for the help guys! I took her to the local funshow today and sold her for $550. I'm happy. Thank you again!

ETA: Joe, the floor plate was stamped. Also, from all of the research I've done, the RIA FK3 stamp is a post war Rock Island rework stamp. The FJA was the original inspection stamp. The front band/bayo lug was stamped, as was the floor plate. It also had an 03A3 bolt assembly. I'm no expert, but it seems like it was reworked a little, not much, but a little.

Not sure if the "crack" is a hair or a fiber or something, didn't notice it either way. It seemed to be in sound, serviceable condition. Thanks!

$550 - $650 in N. Illinois These have really gone up in the last two years. That's a nice sling!

Givette - you got sharp eye(s) for detail. THat being so, I'd lower my estimate by $150 I'm going to check my A3'S !!
