Lyman 462560 in the Marlin GG Anyone?
Is there anyone loading the Old Lyman 462560 in the 45/70 marlin GG. ?

I have shot 540gr out of my 5.25# 458. I'm not sure I'm still up for that level of punishment. You might look over http://castboolits.gunloads.com/at
edit I'd favor unique for that light of loading. Not sure you will get a good crimp with bullet seated deep enough to cycle in the action. The 330gr Gould hollow point 457122 would be a nice choice.0 -

Just looking for 1100 to 1200 fps and know I will need to seat the bullet deep.0 -
What would be a good Unique load to start at? 0 -
I'd start at 10gr Unique. All the loads say to use a wad/filler to hold the powder at the base. The cast boolit people have interesting threads
