Does any one know where you can purchase the 7mm 173gr. SPCE bullet offered in the 7x57 & 7x64 Seller & Bellot cartridges?

You can try contacting them (S&B) through their website. They list the components with product numbers.

CZ currently owns S&B so if you have no joy from S&B try CZ. Just be aware that they don't respond to e-mail...

I case you don't find any I have had great luck with the 162 BT from Hornady. Holds up well in elk out of a 7mm RMag or the 280R.
