Is there a reference anywhere for accurate DOM's for 1897 winchester shotguns? One of mine is serial #258312. Thanks

  September 1904 to be more precise. If you want the exact date that it was received in the warehouse as a fully assembled ready to ship gun, the Cody Firearms Musuem can provide a factory letter for your gun.
