Colt Official Police Mark III .38 Barrel

Could one of the Colt Pistol experts tell me if the Colt Official Police Mark III .38 cal barrel threads are the same as the Colt Official Police .38 Cal barrel threads. I do not have either barrel to measure, hope someone knows off-hand

  The barrels have different threads and will not interchange.
