Any one have a idea of the value of this gun

  Value would depend on if it actually was cataloged by Ruger. Or made up as a limited edition, special order, for a retailer or organization.
  
  In the second instance not so much, cept for John Wayne fans.
  
  In either case it has to be NIB, unfired, unturned to retain it's value.

  Those were done by Talo, Inc., both in 3000 blued and 1000 stainless versions. New-in-box blued ones sell for around $700 and around $1,000 for the stainless models.
  
  Talo had some over-runs so they marked them "The Last Cowboy". Those are actually scarcer than the John Wayne versions.
