pistol Help

Can anybody tell me what this is? A coworker is selling some of his mother in laws guns and can't figure this one out.

Hi I have this pistol it is all chrome it brakes open from the top like a double barrel it has 5 shots the only thing I can find to tell me who made it is on the handel can one tell by the handel who made it here is a picture of it just click on this link

Hi Again anyone know where I can get parts for this gun I need a trigger return spring I look on internet but cant find anything on American gun co. Thanks Ed
