  60-65 in # for syn. stocks.. h-s precision,etc.

  Remington says 35 , I usually go 50 . It's more about consistancy than anything I think . Most in.# torque wrenches stop at 50 .

  Depends on the gun... or rather, the diameter and thread pitch of hte screw.
