    If you are relying on the Blue Book, or anything from George Madis literature, don't! The Blue Book, depending on what model you are looking at, can be as much as five years, or more off. Because they relied on the Madis research. There are a couple folks on this very forum, who are among the VERY BEST Winchester guru's in the world. If you don't want the whole forum to see the model and serial number, send them in an e-mail to BertH. He is one of the moderators of this forum, and one of the VERY BEST in the world I was talking about. He will get you the CORRECT information.
