antique bench rest rifle

i recently bought a antique bench rest rifle.it has a plain unmarked lock but the barrel is marked c. crosby gt (great) barrington mass.and has a date of 1863. i cant seem to find any information on this maker.there is a shotgun by same maker here on gunbroker but no information was given.any information would be help full. thanks

  George C. Crosby is listed in 1870-80 Great Barrington censuses as a gunmaker/gunsmith born about 1825 New York, and
