  The facts are the most reliable is ANY MAKE. John Brownings' design refined to be about perfect shooting a high velocity cartridge.
  
  If you want best finished, specific color, or history, then there is a difference.

  MINE. I load my own, and have no failures, even those that I have loaded in reformed brass from .223 brass.
  Have used it in my C-96 Mauser, CZ-52 and Spanish Destroyer rifle., no failures at all.

  Not quite sure what you want here....gunmake or ammo. As to the Tok gun I happen to prefer the CZ 52. It is buttugly but very good at firing the 7.62x25 round and the even hotter Czech stuff....the 1600' ftpersec stuff. It locks up on rollers like the MG42 and is very well made. But if you prefer the Tok 33 design you can't beat the Russian's IMO. As to ammo...I can tell you that the Chinese stuff is dirty as heck but cheap to shoot. Hope this helps.

  Had a CZ-52, and it was ok. In early 70's had the rusky and it was ok. I think you would do better if you loaded for it, some of that black plastic box surplus stuff is prone to misfire but fairly hot when they do go off.

  I certainly hope you are talking about appropriate reloads in the C-96 & not factory ammo. I had the bolt stop crystalize when using 7,63 X 25 ammo. The pieces did stop the bolt but I hate to think what would have happened with 7,62 X 25 ammo.

  The Polish TTs I believe are finished inside and outside best though I haven't handled a new Russian to compare.
  They are all good, unlike the AKs.
  Chinese TTs have chrome lined barrels which is a big plus when firing surplus 7.62x25 ammo.
  Incidentally, the TT33 pistols ARE stronger than the CZ52 and will handle hotter ammo.
  I haven't tried any hollow point 9mm ammo for function.
  The CZ52 barrel will burst at the chamber where it is thinned out for the locking rollers. It will also destroy the slide if hotter ammunition is used.
  The Chinese Mod 213in 9mm can be converted to fire 9mm, 7.62x25 and 38Super.

  FYI gruntled. I am aware of the C96 problems and load accordingly.
  I have no desire to blow a good weapon to pieces for HIGH POWER.

  I like the Yugo M57 best- nine round mag instead of eight- but packed in LOTS of cosmoline- you need to disassemble it down to the last part to get it all out. Romanian is good too. Just ordered a Polish one- so I will see how it compares to the others soon.
