GB bidding

I just tried to bid on an item on GB. Got the bid in and was the leader for three days. Next I was out bid by another. No problem! Untill I checked who out bid me . I followed the history line on feedback and found out I was bidding against the seller. When I ask him about it he said he lost the Item and said his boss out bid me.My question is what can I do about this unethacal practice to warn others.I have a good history and ecpect the same of others. Does GB have any polices against this practice to protect others.

  When sensing the shill which is a form of fraud in the auction process
  
  Best to let the item go. Let these folk buy back thier own item.
  
  It sucks but happens even at real auctions.
  
  You can report it to administration.
