Softening Kydex holster

Several Kydex holsters lock the pistols in too tight and need to be loosened in the trigger guard area.
How can I relieve pressure in this area?
Drawing the pistols pull the holster paddles out.

  a heat gun used sparingly in the area that needs fixing , when just barely "soft" insert and remove gun, this if done gently should help some.

  I used a heat gun to make one for a Beretta 92 fit my EAA witness sport. Just don't heat too much.

  Thanks, I've never used these holsters so they probably warped in a drawer without pistols in them.
