Walther Model 4 Date of Manufacture

I have a Walther Model 4 serial number 245190. This is a WWII bring back. There is a Walther Banner, Walther's-Patent Cal 7.75 on the left side of the slide and then a the year 1920 engraved just above the grip logo. The proof marks are the letter N with what looks like a star over it on the slide and the frame. There is a 2 burned into the left grip about 1" below the C W logo oval.The right side of the slide has WAFFENFABRIK WALTHER and ZELLA-MEHLIS stamped on it.

Can anyone estimate the date of manufacture or direct me to a website that would have that information?

  DOM would be in the 1919/1920 time frame. This would be because the "Zella-Mehlis", slide legend. Also the post W W I German Army inventory date marking of "1920".
