canting pistol left = shooting?

hello;

will canting a pistol left cause you to shoot left???? just about run out of sight adjustment, discovered i'm canting pistol the left.

  yes it will throw it left and down normally

  We need more information . What pistol what sights and what distance. also given the pistol straight up is ZERO degrees how many degrees is your cant. Most right handed shooters SNATCH /JERK the pistol to the low left. It is easier to jerk your hand in the direction of the palm of your hand not away from your palm a 10degree cant at say 25 yards will not change where the pistol shoots by very much. at say at a 10 degree cant....it will be more er the sights are above the bore line a 30 MM red dot in high ring mounts will be off more the IRON sights.
