22 WMRF ammunition

Who makes the new 22 magnum ammo manufactured for handguns?
I think I have read about 2 companies, now making ammo with faster burning powder.
Can't for the life of me find anything now, and can't remember what companies are offering it.
Can someone help me out here?

  the Hornady 45 grain Critical Defense would be one of them. I am not sure about the other.
