Walther ppk crown n
Any info on the style of engravement. Also any idea of engraver. The gun is a mid thirty's ppk.

The engraving appears to be the common German leaf motif, very popular in Austria and Germany.
The obvious wear on the engraving and Walther Banner, suggests that the slide was subjected heavy handed cleaning in the past.
All the engraved PP's & PPk's I have observed were engraved on the frame and slide.0 -
The gun seems to be all matching so I do not know why the frame was not engraved. 0
