  Golferboy,
  Ask your overseas customer to check with his government's 'customs' or 'postal' department. You will also have to verify he is qualified to own firearms and(parts)in his country.
  I assume it is a 4 shot capacity mag........over 4 and you will run into questions, at least.

  Ask Gunbroker member Happy Nanooq (spelling?) He is the closest to the ins 'n outs of the law there. I'm sure he's ordered stuff from the U.S.A.
