dc9 mags

I've got some mags, one had intertec dc9 written on it. they look like tec 9 mags, they're the same right? other than the round count is there anything else that I need to know?

I also have an other similar mag that has faded writing on it looks like it reads
I(or f it's a - over a +)....LL(or they could be Cs or faded Es) then it looks like DB 40 (maybe) it has a plastic floorplate that slides off sideways. if you can figure that one out I'll be impressed[:D], I'll post pics later.
