Winchester 1876 C&R elligible

Maybe I'm going blind in my old age, but I could NOT find the Winchester 1876 listed on the BATF C&R list. I would assume they stopped producing them more than 50 years ago.
Does BATF consider them a subspecies of the 1873?
Or are they considered antique (pre 1898), so not C&R eligible?

  I'm thinking they are per 1898.

  They're all legally antiques, made before 1898. Winchester folded them, when the John Browning designed smokeless guns were such a success.

  Pre-1899 (not 1898) firearms are exempt from all Federal Firearms laws but may fall under certain state or local laws, such as New Jersey or NY City.

  The last 42 rifles were made in 1898, so they are all "Antiques".
