The best Idea I can offer is look at both Cabela's web site as well as BROWNELL'S web site and see if they ship to that city than it is a 99.9% chance it is legal for anyone to ship to that location 0 -
I live in Lake county and have no problem, cook county my be a issue but i believe Dupage is safe also 0 -
There are no federal laws against shipping ammunition to anywhere in the U.S.(unless you are an FFL) It may be illegal for a person to receive and/or possess certain ammunition depending on State and Local laws. But that is his problem. Don't depend on information you get from the Internet (including from me)and possibly get caught in the cross-fire. Ask the buyer to send you a copy of his DL, FOID, and a signed statement saying that it is legal for him to buy, receive, and possess the ammo. 0
