CZ over/under with cast off stock

I came across a CZ o/u with a slight, but noticeable, butt stock cast off to the right while aiming the gun. CZ would only say they are made that way for 'proper alignment', but no answer as to whether it was a custom gun. This cast off is fine for a left hander but not good for a right hand shooter.

This was not sold as a left handed gun. So does anyone know anything about this or these guns? Is this a custom gun or were there just some stocks out of alignment that CZ just dumped on the unsuspecting buyers?

  "CAST OFF" is for a right handed person. "CAST ON" IS FOR A LEFTY

  Thanks for the info. Hadn't known of 'cast on'. I did notice it shouldered very nicely left handed.
