Shell holder value
I recently got a large lot of shellholders that someone was selling as a group. Many of them I want or need myself, as I like to have two of each size (one for the press, one for the extra press for decapping, ram priming, etc.) Some I just don't need and will sell off on the auction side.
These are mainly RCBS shell holders, with some Lymans, Pacific, and Ch4D thrown in. I plan on stainless pin tumbling them to get them good as new, and list as VG used condition with a pic, one at a time.
My thought is, if new ones from RCBS cost about $7, a fair used price would be $5 with s/h included. Sound about right?

high IMO 3.50 or so, sometimes less delivered on that E auction site 0 -
$5 to my house seems fair to me. Offer a discount if they buy several. I try an have at least 2 of each. In the old days I could get them off gun show tables for a quarter and Lyman bullet sizer dies for a buck. 0 -
Darn Charlie you must be older than MEI would think $5.00 for one and $ 8.50 for TWO 3or more $4. each 0 -
I buy out "lots" and have found you may get $2-4 for popular shell holders, but the odd balls won't sell, and the Frt. is a problem for small shipments. Best luck I've had is to sell in several "groups".
Good luck0 -
postage will kill you,,not much room to wiggle in for shell holders,, 0
