    Neat Gun.
But made of a pot metal frame and tends to wear out a lot.
    Ejectors are often worn out.

Send me yur addy there babun.....I's got 3 rusted Jennings 22's that you can have for $275, even shipped for that[;)][}:)]

As for a serious answer, they're real cheap and you get what you pay for. I'd stay away from it.

By definition, a "gun" is an object that shoots a projectile to a target.

Who told you a Jennings is a gun?????

A friend of mine now deceased Grandpa took 100's of deer and dozens of elk with one. Yep, pocket knife extractor but I here tell Gramps seldom needed a follow up shot. He heart shot them all. I have shot the rifle and it still shoots true.

When I worked at the gunshop, one others guys tried to do a shake and bake refinish on his, the receiver warped. In retrospect I should bought the tube.

The .22 Mag version is a bit scarcer than the .22LR, they are still essentially a youth size rifle. The Martini Action is a bit unusual, they are, in my opinion, more difficult to work on due to them being pinned together vice screwed and being cast instead of milled.

That being said, they are fun little single shots to have around, I would probably pay $100 for one IF it was complete and IF it worked. The last one I picked up was a .22LR, paid under $25.00 for it but the extractor is worn out and parts alone are around $30.00 when in stock. Parts are expensive/hard to come by, particularly on the magnum model but if the gun functions and is complete it's probably a reasonable buy.

I need a hand guard for my .22 LR & the ones I found at gun shows were priced for much more than I paid for the rifle. It also has problems with the ejector which often doesn't even eject unfired cartridges. I paid $15 for it several years ago so I'm not too unhappy with it. The state transfer fees are now so high that the gun is now for all practical purposes worthless.
