Bert, The pictures on page 1 of the sticky regarding the survey only show an X, Please help, Regards, Les

  The pictures no longer work because the photo hosting website I used at that time is now defunct (they shut down with no warning, took the money, and ran). As of today, I refuse to use an online photo hosting service, as they either want too much money, or they Spam the bejesus out of you. I have no plans to resurect all of those pictures. In retrospect, I should edit the post and delete the defunct links.
