Need some screws what are they called
and where can I get them?
The Spandau 1918 action on this sporter rifle is being cleaned now. I need the screws that hold the action into the stock. The trigger guard is original? It has a washer and wood screw in the front, the tang screw has been ground down to just a couple of threads, it is messed up. The existing front screw looks like a # 10 American screw just forced to go into the recoil lug threads. Lucky for me there is no damage on the recoil lug threads.
Could not find them on the auction side.....
