I use cast bullet handloads in that exact rifle.

That said, a high wall should handle any proper 32-40 loading.

I just arrived in Reno and settled into my hotel. Almost 13-hours on the road, and 769 more miles on the odometer.

A 1911 vintage high-wall will handle any properly loaded 32-40, black powder or smokeless.

Slug your bore. I have had good luck with Lyman 323470.

I would think that any of the cowboy loads would work just fine, and would be safe to use!
