You can try soaking the barrel/chamber in kroil for a few days and then cast the chamber with Cerrosafe, available from Brownells.

How clean is the gun? First thing first I'd say give thebarrel a good cleaning so you know exactly what you are looking at/

2nd to what was already said- DO NOT USE A TAP! EVER!

I did forget to mention make sure your chamber cast is well up into neck/leade area of the chamber.

After you make sure it is a brass case piece stuck in there, and you soaked it over night. get a
    M7x1.0 tap and a M7x0.5 tap.
One or the other should just grab into the brass piece, then pull it out. Be careful!! You want to find a tap that just cuts into the brass,
you do not need to turn it till you hit the chamber.[xx(]

Never try to pry it out between the shell and the chamber wall !

I have seen 2 rifles with threaded chambers, not very useful.

Make a broken shell extractor. Split a section of a headless bolt cut to cartridge length that fits in the case neck, make a wedge to open the split. Drive out everything with cleaning rod.

+1 for pre soak with penetrating oil and perhaps some heat.

I would be interested in what they do and how much it costs if you could report back when it's done thanks.

    DO not use a TAP

use kroil let sit 24 to 48 hours take a section of paper towel rolled up and keep chamber wet with the kroil . because you most likely have not taken the bolt out and uou cant really get to the chamber of the barrel I suggest a ONE PIECE STEEL cleaning rod take the cleaning rod without a bore brush started from the muzzle with action open when you see the tip screw a NEW 25-27 brass bore brush into the rod and pull the brush into the chamber and first inch or so of the barrel only now with a piece of wood go to the cleaning rod and with a sharp tap on the handle of the STEEL rod this will try to drive the brush back toward the receiver Because the brush bristles will be bent back they will act as many fingers to catch on the shell mouth and may move it out of chamber . If not it is time for a trip to a gun smith the reason to only use a one piece steel rod is so you dont break the weaker rod and end up with bigger problem than what you have now.

This suggestion is the least likely to cause damage to the rifle. Buy 1/2 dozen brushes and keep repeating until you succeed.
