I'm in Texas, is it legal to sell and ship 8-round .45 1911 magazines to New York state? Thanks in advance for any help.

  Yes. Magazines that hold 10 rounds or less are legal in NY State. However, the user may carry only 7 rounds in the mag (plus one in the chamber).
