C.A. UC9 (Uzi-Semi Auto) Conversion to 45ACP?

Can anyone tell me if the Century Arms UC9 in 9mm can be converted to .45 ACP? I've read that the same reciever and "lower end" are the same. However (and obviously) the barrel, bolt and magazines need to be in .45 ACP. As always, any constructive suggestions will be appreciated.
