1903/A4 scope ring ?
did they use 1" scopes on the 1903/a4's. I have a set of scope rings that look like the ones on the springfield sniper rifle. they are blued. I can post pix's if need be, I plan on listing them.

Most scopes used on the 1903A4 had either 3/4" (Weaver 330 series) scopes or 7/8" (Lyman Alaskan series & M84), & required 1 piece rings. 2 piece 1" rings were used in VN for the ART scope.
Most, if not all, USGI rings were parked & appear matte green. Commercial rings, used for a number of scopes, are polished blue.
So, I think the answer is, "It's highly unlikely that they are USGI."

EDIT: Yes, the polished blue finish, & "flat top" shape of the rear ring, indicates that they are "old style" commercial Redfield rings.0 -

I have a set like that on a Weaver K2.5 that's on a 98 Mauser .30/06 that I put together in 1958. They're commercial not military. 0 -
