Need Help Identfying a roll mark

I just bought a custon colt Swenson 1911 and it has this roll mark on it and ive never seen it before. anyone know what it is? thanks, jonathan

  Don't mean to be facetious, but Webley & Scott in the 19th Century. For a short time used a very similar Trade Mark. It had a very similar appearance and was marked "London Tower" .
  
  If it's a authentic Swenson? He made stuff on a custom basis. If you had enough money, to spring for one of his top end guns. I'm sure he would mark it, anyway you wanted.
