Really nice single shot. Mine came new in 243 Win with a Kahles scope. Proved to be accurate with my first set of reloads using Nosler 95 grain? Ballistic tips and their recommended accuracy load. Rifle is very light, operation takes a little getting use to (read the manual first), and mounts were a pivot type put on/take off. No complains with the rifle. That said, it's been in the gun safe from the day I shot it and I still prefer to hunt with my custom synthetic stocked 77II stainless in 257R with the Swaroski 3X9 scope.

...you answered my question...I most likely would do the same...I have a new Ruger No.1 SST in 25-06 brake, acurizer .Zeiss Scope,Composite stock...etc just never use it...prefer my model 70....
