Baby Browning C&R?

hello, I have a baby browning made in 1964 that im selling and need to know if it classifies as a c&r? any help would be great, thanks

  Fifty years is sufficient for a Curio and Relic under federal law, so if it was made 50 years ago today, or earlier, you're fine.

  Be aware that NY State and California require C&R handguns to be shipped to an FFL dealer and not a C&R licensee.
