Good Evening. In the Blue Book of Gun Values under the heading PREMIER it says Previous trademark manufactured in Italy and Spain by various companies. No one maker or importer is listed. There are several various models listed. The one that comes closest to your description is:
REGENT MODEL 12,16,20, 28 gauges and .410 bore, 26,28 or 30 inch barrels, various chokes. checkered pistol grip stock and beaver tail forearm. Mfg 1955=discontinued
    100%-$325, 98%-$275, 95%-$250, 90%-$229, 80%-$195, 70%-$140 and 60%-$140
The percentage figures refer to the amount of original finish remaining on the metal and wood while the dollar figures are average retail values, some may be higher and some may be lower. It is assumed that the gun is in a complete mechanical condition and safe to fire.

    Mike,

Unfortunately you have what is considered a trade gun. Even though possibly a very well built piece it doesn't change this fact. The engraving may or may not be roll engraved.

Spanish and Italian trade guns of the 1960's tend to run from very poor to quite nice. All the same they suffer the reputation of their inferior siblings. Thus the low value.

I'm truly sorry that your gun isn't a Beretta or a fine Spanish name. It would make all the difference.
