Colt XSE question

Did All XSEs have ambi safeties and novak site....found one that is marked as XSE on box but does not have any of these features..every one on every gun website does have those features..thanks

  According to the Standard Catalog of Colt, yes all came with ambi safties and Novak three dot sights. Quick answer is the gun and box don't go together, but if the serial numbers match, quick is not necessarily correct. Perhaps it was special order or something, but I would thin not having those features would lessen its value.

  It appears there was an XSE government model configured as you describe. The Colt Standard Catalog gives no info on production years and numbers.
