Magazine identification please

I bought a 45 caliber 1911 at the last gunshow and this extra magazine was in the box. It fits and locks into the 1911 but is obviously 9mm. I don't recognize the symbol. Anyone recognize the symbol or know what it fits? Will it fit any 1911 platform chambered in 9mm?

  It's made by a aftermarket magazine manufacturer, named Metalform.
  Unless it's been screwed with? Likely to function with any 9mm built for the 1911 platform.

  Metalform makes at least some of the OEM mags for Colt, Springfield and Smith 1911s. As mentioned, quality of these is generally good.
  
  9mm 1911 mags are standardized now, and this should work with most (if not every single) current production 9mm luger 1911.
